The Chinese have won 118 medals during the five days of the Paralympic games in Rio

Team China has a commanding lead in the medal standings of the Paralympic games, taking place these days in Brazil’s Rio de Janeiro.

Over five competition days, athletes with disabilities from China won 118 medals, including 50 gold, 40 silver and 28 bronze.

In second place is team UK (28-16-19), the third Paralympic athletes of Ukraine (22-19-20). The top five also includes the United States (16-17-13) and Brazil (9-17-9).

Last summer Paralympics 2012 in London most medals also won the China – 231 (95-71-65).
