Next 2017 Camaro ZL1 Makes A Commotion On The Nurburgring
We recently spotted Chevy's upcoming Camaro ZL1 at the Nurburgring and now it’s time to see it in action and hear it roar as well.

Knowing that the new-gen 455 hp, 6.2-litre V8 Camaro SScan sprint from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 4.0 seconds and cover the quarter mile in 12.3 seconds, just imagine what performance figures the next ZL1 will boast.

Like the outgoing model, it will inherit the “most powerful Camaro ever built” token with its rumored Z06-sourced, LT4 6.2-litre supercharged powerplant (also found on the Cadillac CTS-V).

It's believed that it won’t produce the sheer amount of grunt as the Corvette does – in order to keep it under the 640 hp supercar – but it will surely pack some serious amount of power, likely surpassing the 580hp 6.2-litre variant used on the previous ZL1 model.

I mean, just look how it takes on the Green Hell, keeping the power on its toes; it won’t only be a tool for old-school drag racing, but it will also be a driver’s car. And you can even see its anger through the camouflage that can barely contain it.

Whether you admit it or not, the car looks fantastic doing its thing on the Nurburgring and it sounds the part too. Let’s just hope we will see more of it before its official debut at the 2016 Detroit motor show in January.
