Kim Kardashian, Kanye West and Khloe touched down in Armenia on Wednesday with a huge cheering crowd awaiting their arrival.

As the reality star and her rapper husband made their way through the arrival gate at Zvartnots International Airport they were greeted by a mass of people in scenes that soon turned chaotic.

Kim, 34, could be seen in large dark sunglasses as she lead the way in front of her sister and spouse who cradled 22-month-old daughter North

Part of the impressive royal welcome included women in traditional Armenian dress offering bread and salt - a tradition for greeting dignitaries.

Khloe, 30, who is now nearly as blonde as her older sister was last month, was also spotted entering the arrivals area walking closely behind Kim.

Once outside the terminal the reality stars left in a minivan together and were protected by police officers who helped control fans who had rushed to catch a glimpse of the stars.
