The assault on the industrial zone of the Azovstal plant in Mariupol is inappropriate. This opinion was expressed by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
     In this regard, the head of state ordered to cancel the assault.
     ''There is no need to climb into the catacombs, it is necessary to block the industrial zone in Azovstal so that the fly does not fly through,'' the Russian leader stressed.
     At the same time, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu reported to Putin that Azovstal, with Ukrainian fighters and foreign mercenaries, was ''securely blocked.''
