VivaCell-MTS reminds its subscribers that recharging a prepaid account with any amount via the “Top-up” service is performed without applying commission fee. The service has had this principle in place from the first day of its launch.
     The Company urges its subscribers to demand that the recharge amount is fully entered into their balance.
