Serj Sargsyan signed a decree of creating professional consultative council for providing the constitutional reforms legally. The Council will discuss and represent to the confirmation of legislative body the list of the laws that need to be amended after the Constitutional referendum.

According to the decree there will be amendments in the Electoral and Judicial codes, in the regulation of National Assembly, in the Laws on parties, Human Rights Defender, the Constitutional Court, Referendum, local authorities, Prosecution, television and radio, Audit chamber and Central Bank.

David Harutyunyan is the chairman of the Council and the members of the Council are David Harutyunyan, Hrayr Tovmasyan, Gevorg Kostanyan, Gagik Khazinyan and so on.
