     ''Yerkir'': The paper says it learned from sources yesterday evening that the governor of Gegharunik region, Never Poghosyan (Prosperous Armenia party), had submitted his resignation.
To verify the report, it says it tried to contact Poghosyan but the latter reportedly did not answer the call.
The new governor, according to the paper, will be Rafik Grigoryan of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA).
