A Los Angeles-based make-up artist who uses her talent to transform herself into a variety of famous actresses, fictional characters and Disney princesses has turned her talents to another iconic figure: Barbie.

Kandee Johnson, who boasts nearly three million subscribers on her eponymous YouTube channel, goes from a bare-faced woman to a real-life Barbie in her first hi-speed make-up tutorial, transforming into the iconic blonde doll in less than two minutes in the sped-up video.

The savvy make-up artist uses an arsenal of cosmetics, blue eye contacts and a blonde wig in order to take on the pink-loving plastic doll’s appearance, although Kandee notes that viewers can easily become a brunette or red-haired Barbie if they choose to use a different colored hair piece.
