Californian girl, 19, wins the lottery twice in a WEEK taking home more than $600,000 from two scratcher tickets

Most lottery players spend their entire lives hoping in vain for that lucky ticket.

But somehow Rosa Dominguez managed to win it - twice in one week.
The first win happened when the nineteen-year-old was driving home from Arizona. She was feeling lucky so decided to stop at a gas station and buy a few scratchcards.
When she scratched off a $5 Power 5's ticket she discovered she'd won the top prize of $555,555.

She said: 'I was so nervous, I just wanted to cry.'
Just a few days after winning half a million dollars Dominguez stopped at another gas station in Monterey County, California, and decided to push her luck a bit further.
She purchased a $5 Lucky Fortune Scratcher and, miraculously managed to win a further $100,000.

Dominguez told the California Lottery she wants to go shopping and buy herself a new car.

The teenage winner collected her winnings from the California Lottery East Bay District Office in Hayward, near San Francisco.
