Love Island's Zara Holland admits huge regret after night of sex with newcomer Alex Bowen
 Zara Holland already regrets her decision to enjoy a night of steamy passion with newbie Alex Bowen on Love Island . The 20-year-old jumped at the chance to pick Alex when the public gave her the choice to go on a date with him or James Khan. They went off to the Hideaway and in scenes no one saw coming the pair had sex under the covers - despite Alex spending the day flirting with Olivia Buckland. But it's the morning after the night before for Miss Great Britain and she has some huge regrets about her decision and when they emerge she heads straight to the Beach Hut to confess: "You know when you’re in the moment and it just happens.
