     The “Armenian Times” writes: “We already have the timeline of the actions of 4 nongovernmental powers. Accordingly, the 4 powers are going to issue a joint statement in March 4 on expressing lack of confidence in the Prime Minister. The process of expressing lack of confidence, which is being discussed approximately 3 months, will not be included in the four-day session of the National Assembley during March 24-27. Instead, the action of expressing lack of confidence in the PM will be carried out in the NA in April 28 . Before that public discussions about the initiative of expressing lack of confidence and plan for priority actions will be held from April 20 to April 25.
