On September 29, the annual Koreez Educational Oscar award ceremony for students of different age groups was held at the Karen Demirchyan Sport/Concert Complex.
This year, the financial education competition "Junius" was held for the first time, in collaboration with Idram. "Junius" was specifically created to improve children's knowledge of the financial world, with the ultimate goal of fostering a financially literate society in the future.
According to Director of Idram, Arsen Kdenian, both the competition and the Junius game in the Idram Junior app were established to serve this purpose. "We are confident that children will enjoy learning about finances through the game. We're thrilled that the game truly inspired them to prepare for the Koreez-Junius competition using the Idram Junior app. Today, we celebrate not only the winners but all the children who have gained new knowledge," Kdenian stated.
In September, students from grades 3-8 across the country participated in the "Junius" financial online competition, which consisted of two stages.
The six participants who ranked first in each age group received iPhone 15s from Idram. Twelve students who placed 2nd and 3rd were rewarded with a day at Yerevan Park for themselves and their families. The remaining participants who made the top ten in each age group received symbolic gifts from Idram.
The Junius game is available in the Idram Junior application. By downloading it, children can gain financial education, manage their finances, and make cashless payments, all under parental supervision.
