US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken promised to provide assistance to Ukraine until the Russian authorities decide to withdraw troops from the territory of this country. According to him, if Moscow does not agree to such a step, Washington will follow a plan, which consists in "protecting" the Ukrainian regions.
