BlaBlaCar Stopped Working in Crimea

BlaBlaCar, a French online car travel search service, has stopped working in Crimea due to restrictive measures of the European Union. This was reported to the Russian media in the press service of the Russian division of the company.

"BlaBlaCar service doesn't work in the territory of Crimea in accordance with restrictive measures of the European Union", the company said. The technical support also confirmed that the service does not work in this territory. “We apologize for the inconvenience,” they said there, adding that the service stopped working in Crimea this month. At the same time, users of social networks note that BlaBlaCar stopped working in the Crimea from about February 12.

BlaBlaCar, the international online car travel search service, was founded in 2006 by the Frenchman Frederick Mazella. This is the world's largest community of car travel companions.
