Found new nationality and location of Pavel Durov

The founder of VK and Telegram Pavel Durov received the citizenship of UK. This is evidenced by entry in the public register of legal entities of the country.

According to the entry in the register, 28 February Durov registered in the Kingdom of Тelegram open network company limited. In the “citizenship” is the UK. The United Kingdom also listed as his country of residence.
