     The death toll has risen to 20 after devastating flash flooding in Greece, following the discovery of the body of an 83-year-old man by emergency services.
     The rare weather event hit the industrial towns of Nea Peramos and Mandra, about 25km west of Athens on Wednesday.
     Torrential rain lashed the coastal area lying at the foothills of the mountains, with the deluge triggering flash flooding.
     A number of victims were swept away by the water, and emergency services struggled to locate survivors in the mud and debris.
