The United States promised to respond to cyber attacks, in which U.S. authorities blame Russia.
The Vice-President of the USA Joe Biden said in an interview to TV channel EN-bi-si, reports Ukrainskaya Pravda with reference to the BBC.
“We have the ability to do this and the signal will be filed. He [Putin] knows about it, and it will happen in the time that we pick, and under those circumstances, which will have the greatest impact,” Biden said.
Earlier, White house spokesman Josh Ernest said that President Barack Obama is considering various options of responses to a hacker attack from Russia, which was subjected to the organization of political parties in the USA.
As reported, US intelligence is growing evidence that the Russian government is supplying WikiLeaks of hacked e-mails related to presidential elections in the United States.
