During the interview with the correspondent of MAMUL.am news agency the member of political council of “New Armenia public salvation front” Zhirayr Sefilyan expressed his opinion about the speech made by the RA President on February 12 concerning the implementation of the Constitutional amendments. He explained that Serj Sargsyan needs to make a strong impression on his subordinates and International Community.
Our correspondent explained, “The speech was designed for two audiences. The first audience consisted of his subordinates. He doubts that the peace is not consistent around him. Serj was trying to imply that he is the person who orders”,- said the politician.
According to Sefilyan, the second audience was the International Community. “He was trying to ensure that he is a good president, he will make reforms and there are not any movements in his country. He controls the process and will control it lifelong. There was not a speech referring to our nation”.
