     ''Haykakan Zhamanak'': The paper says it has learned from Levon Zurabyan, the coordinator of the opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC), that the alliance is resuming its mass rallies beginning February.
It quotes Zurabyan as saying after the ANC’s Wednesday political board meeting that they will use all possible tools (particularly the election of Hrazdan mayor and parliamentary polls) to overthrow incumbent President Serzh Sargsyan and hold snap election.
