     ''Yerkir'': The land users of Dalma Gardens at Armenian capital Yerevan had petitioned Justice Minister Hrayr Tovmasyan, with a letter on June 25, that he help them receive the answer to their question as to what has been in done in Armenia in the past ten years with respect to the implementation of the commitments assumed from the Aarhus Convention, specifically: which is that FREE, independent, unbiased, impartial, non-judicial system, which must resolve the disputes that have come about from the violation of the requirements of the Aarhus Convention, Yerkir daily writes.
“But the Dalma land users have not yet received inquiry’s response, and they fear that the Minister has lost the letter that was hand delivered to him,” Yerkir writes.
