The Indiana-Armenians community of the U.S. stands with all protesters in Armenia that are against Serj Sargsyan taking the position of RA Prime Minister. During his last two presidential terms, Sargsyan has demonstrated his destroying and anti-national politics many times.
     By using a gag-rule, Sargsyan has ensured changes in the Constitution that were a unique solution for him to continue his authoritarian regime.
     We, Armenians in Indiana, believe that by nominating Serj Sargsyan to the Prime Minister role, Armenia will enter into a devastating situation which will bring political, social, and economic irreversible losses.
     We call the Armenian Diasporas communities and organizations to actively engage and respond to the present events in Armenia and condemn the government and police officials for using violence towards peaceful protesters.
