Named the most unreliable passwords 2017

The company SplashData has published its annual rating of the hundred most unreliable passwords. For the fourth consecutive year first place takes a combination of 123456, reports CSO.

In the course of ranking experts SplashData analyzed nearly five million passwords were hacked in the past year.

The second position is the word password (“password”), and the third is a combination 12345678.

We also learned that this year began to set passwords that are associated with the Saga “Star wars.”

“Hackers are using words and terms from pop culture and break into accounts, because they understand that people use such easily remembered words,” commented a company spokesman Morgan Slane.
