The decision was made at a Council meeting Tuesday by a majority of votes. The same status was received on the same ballot, the Plenipotentiary representative of the Spanish government in Catalonia Enric Millau.
     Urban lawmakers said the refusal to support the provisions of article 155 of the Spanish Constitution, the entry into force of which had previously declared Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy.
